Learn how your meeting recordings are restricted and shared

Access to meeting recordings is restricted to the following users:

  • The meeting host that invited

  • Any team members in your work space that were invited to your meeting

The meeting host can also share the meeting recording with any guests that were included in the calendar event associated with the meeting. However, the meeting recording has to be explicitly shared with them i.e. they do not get automatic access by default.

If you invite a team member and they do no attend the meeting they can still access the meeting recording.

Users with Owner, Admin or Member roles in your Workspace can not access meetings that they were not explicitly invited to.
