Eric.ai offers four distinct user roles with varying levels of access and permissions:

Owner

The user who creates the Eric.ai organization will automatically assume the role of owner. They have the ability to assign this role to other users within the admin dashboard as necessary.

The owner has the highest level of control and authority within the Eric.ai account.

Has full access to:

  • Billing

  • User Management

  • Invite Eric.ai into their calls

Admin

When an owner invites a user and desires to grant them unrestricted access to everything except billing, they would assign the role of admin. The user assuming the role of admin possesses significant control and authority within the Eric.ai account.

Admin has access to the following in their Eric.ai dashboard:

  • User Management

  • Invite Eric.ai into their calls

Note: Admins do not have access to billing information.

Member

When an owner or admin invites a user who is limited to using Eric.ai solely for their meetings without access to billing or user management, they would assign the role of member. Members have restricted access within the Eric.ai account.

Admin is limited to:

  • Using Eric.ai for meetings

Note: Members do not have access to billing or user management.

Guest

A guest may assume one of two roles:

1. Internal Guest User:

A user within your organization who does not utilize Eric.ai for their own meetings. They only use their role to access meeting outcomes for internal organisation meetings to which they were invited to and Eric.ai attended.

2. External Invitee:

Someone with whom you have shared a meeting page. They are granted guest access, allowing them to view the specific shared meeting page for 30 days. However, they cannot use Eric.ai.
