Who can access my meeting notes?
You can only access and share the meeting notes if your e-mail address is one of the invitees in the calendar event that Eric.ai was invited to.
To view your meeting notes, log in to your Eric.ai account using the email address included in the calendar invite. This will allow you to download the meeting minutes and share them with other invitees.
If you have not been invited to the calendar event, you will be unable to view the meeting notes.
Who can access my meeting notes if I invite Eric.ai using "Quick Invite"?
If you used the "Quick Invite" feature to add Eric.ai to your meeting, please note that only the host will have access to the meeting notes and access can not be extended to other participants. You can however download the meeting minutes and share them with others manually.
