To successfully sync your Google Calendar with Eric.ai, it is essential to provide all the required permissions during the sign-up process. If you are experiencing issues connecting your calendar, it may be due to missing permissions.

1. Personal Accounts

If you have a personal Google account (usually ending with @gmail.com), ensure that you have provided all the requested permissions by ticking all the checkboxes as shown in the image below.


Skipping this step or failing to provide full access can prevent the calendar from syncing with Eric.ai properly.

2. Business Accounts

You may need admin permission to share your calendar with external services, which can be enabled in your organization’s admin center. For details on obtaining these permissions, please check this link.
