You have two options to add action items:
Manual Entry: Open the meeting page and select Outcomes > Add New button. Here you can manually add action items. You can provide a description, set a due date, and assign the action item.
AI-Generated Action Items: At the conclusion of the call, Eric.ai will present a list of suggested action items it has identified. These items are automatically assigned and dated to the best of its ability. You can modify these suggestions from the dashboard if necessary.
Action items can be accessed both within the meeting page and in the sidebar under Meeting Outcomes.
