How do I change my auto-join settings?
To change your auto-join settings, follow these steps:
Login to your Eric.ai account.
Go to Settings > Meeting Assistant.
Select your preferred meeting setting.
Press Save Changes
Eric.ai will automatically follow the new auto-join settings you've selected.
Important: For the best experience, we recommend setting Eric.ai to 'Automatically join all meetings with a web conference link.' This ensures Eric.ai will join all your meetings automatically, whether you're the host or an invitee, so you never have to manually invite him again.
What do the different auto-join preferences mean?
Auto-join all meetings with a web conference link:
Eric.ai will join all meetings in your calendar, whether you're the host or an invitee.
Automatically join only meetings I host:
Eric.ai will join meetings where you're the host. For meetings you're not hosting, you'll need to manually add Eric.ai if you want him to attend.
Do not auto-join:
Eric.ai will not join any meetings automatically. You'll need to manually invite Eric.ai to meetings you want recorded, transcribed and summarised. For more details, see the FAQ: 'How do I add Eric.ai to my meetings?'
