How do I create an agenda and assign it to my meeting?

Learn how to create and assign agendas for your meetings

Creating your own agenda can be done before the meeting begins. You can complete this via the Eric.ai web application.

Log in to your account and once presented with your portal, click Agenda Templates found on the left toolbar.

Here you can view meeting templates that we have configured already or create your own. If you add an agenda to your meeting, this will be shared with all other attendees in the chat window. Locate the ‘Create Template’ button at the top of the Agenda Template screen and structure your future meetings.

Step 1. Access your Eric.ai dashboard.

Step 2. Click Agenda Templates.

Step 3. Click Create Template located at the top of the screen.

Step 4. Create a Title for your custom agenda.

Step 5. Create a description for your custom agenda.

Step 6. Add an agenda item and select duration of item.

Step 7. Once you are happy with your agenda items and time needed for this item, click save.

To add an agenda to a meeting:

Step 1. Access your Eric.ai dashboard.

Step 2. Click Meetings.

Step 3. View a meeting in the future and click assign agenda located alongside.

Step 4. You will be directed to the meeting page. Click create new agenda.

Step 5. Select an agenda template.

Step 6. Click use this template.

Assigning an agenda to your meetings will allow you and your colleagues to remain focused and productive at all times. The agenda can be viewed within the chat window while in the meeting.

To assign an agenda to your meeting:

Step 1. Access your Eric.ai dashboard.

Step 2. Click Meetings.

Step 3. View a meeting in the future and click assign agenda located alongside.

Step 4. You will be directed to the meeting page. Click create new agenda.

Step 5. Select an agenda template.

Step 6. Click use this template.
