You can remove any participant, including if they have entered the meeting as a guest, from a meeting. To remove Eric.ai, you should remove the participant named "Eric.ai" from the participants list. This will instantly stop Eric.ai from access any further content from the meeting.
Once a meeting has started you can remove Eric.ai just like you would any other participant in the meeting
