Login to your Office 365 admin portal (https://admin.microsoft.com) using an account that has administrative level access.

Depending on your dashboard view, on the left hand side select "Teams" under Admin centre.

You will be prompted to sign in to Teams, ensuring this account has administrative level access once again.

You should now be presented with the Microsoft Teams dashboard.

Depending on your dashboard, on the left hand side select "Teams apps".

Select "Manage apps".

You will now be presented with all the apps that you have installed and therefore available to your end users (this depends on your organization's internal policies).

On the same screen, select the upload option.

You will now be prompted to upload a custom app (you need to ensure that this is enabled within your policies).

Select the file location of where you downloaded the latest version of Eric.ai Zip file.

Once you have selected the Eric.ai Zip file and the installation is in progress you should see a green banner that lets you know when Eric.ai has successfully been added.
